Hill-work on a Treadie

I only had time for 45 minutes in the gym tonight.  My recent runs would have had me doing a fast 5km, but I decided to do some hills instead because of the trouble I had on Saturday.

I set the treadmill to 2 minute intervals with easy flat and the tough bit at 3.5 degrees.  I tried at 10.5 km/h but after 2 hills dropped it down to 10 km/h.

By the halfway mark my legs were really feeling it and the slow plod felt really tough, even on the recoveries.  I managed the full 30 minutes but it was really hard going.

I’ve not been feeling too great today, suffering with dodgy guts, feeling a bit coldy and had a funny pressure headaches 😦
