20 min intervals

Terrible session tonight.  I’d spent the day wandering about London Zoo in the cold, not sure if that had anything to do with it or not.

I warmed up by jogging for 5 minutes then planned to run 30 minutes of intervals, but I was spent after 20! I was trying to run at 13kph for 2 minutes then 11kph for 2 minutes, and should have been able to manage it.

It’s knocked my confidence quite a bit.  I’m hoping I’m not going down with something… maybe it was just a bad training session and I’m dwelling too much on it.  blah!
