Getting ready for MK Half

I’ve been having some pain since Wednesday’s fast run.

The tight hamstring has settled down with some stretching over the past few days, however my right hip has been playing up since then.  I’ve decided to not to the 5 mile run and let it recover for MK Half Marathon…  maybe pushing myself that hard on Wednesday wasn’t such a good idea, although it helped me mentally.

I’m going to try and run MK Half the same way as Wednesday, as long as I can get in the right frame of mind and keep concentrating for the full 13 miles I should manage a sub 1:50:00 time.
