Monday – 1 mile jog – 3 x 1 mile fast (3 min recovery), 1 mile jog

Wednesday – 8 miles slow

Thursday – 1 mile jog – 2 miles brisk – 1 mile jog

Saturday – Pref race (5 mile to 1/2 marathon) / 15 miles jog
