9 x 200m hills

Goal:

  • 1 mile jog, 9 x 200m hills jog/walk down, 1 mile jog

Outcome:

  • 5 1/4 miles – 00:54:51 – 5.7mph avg

Note that the avg speed includes walking / jogging back down…

We chose Campbell Park for the hill session. Did three of them running along a route (all uphill), then ended up at the steep hill with the beacon on top to do the rest. The incline of that hill is stupid but the distance was shy of 200m.

It was hard – it hurt the next day – but I got a lot out of it.
