Well, last night I managed my third run since the Marathon!
As I no longer have a structured training session to keep to I’m finding that I’m just not running at all. I get home and mong out.
Anyway, I managed a run last night. I’ve still got my cold and now it has drop to my chest. This meant that I really battled to get through 5 miles. I was gasping, but forced myself to run a half-decent distance. I went a similar route to last week, which means that I have some very dirty running shoes now
Glad I did it though, even though it took a long time to recover. I’ve been feeling more and more sluggish and today I feel a lot fresher. I’m going to try and run on Thursday and then at the weekend. I need to get some structure back.
